Studio Swine has developed a mobile foundry to fabricate objects out of waste aluminum cans. They use waste vegetable oil collected from local cafes as fuel, and with the foundry they melt the aluminum cans collected by Catadores (waste collectors). This project took place in Sao Paulo, Brazil for Coletivo Amor de Madre Gallery and was made possible with the support of Heineken. The short film below was made by Juriaan Booji, and the images bellow provided by Behance.
